I've been waiting for this guy to drop. When this post came up originally he was still carrying. Found the right side two weeks ago. The left today about 400 yds. from the first. He'll go just under 150" as a 4x4. Gonna be looking hard for him this fall!

It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

This one is a 3yr. old 135" class 5 point. I have his left side from last year. He needs another 2 yrs. Hope he makes it! Still a foot of snow away from the spruce trees.

Had a good day of shed hunting yesterday. I found 4 sheds in about 15 minutes a big 4pt, a forkie and then a matched set from a nice 8pt. My oldest son found a spike and my youngest found a small chewed up shed from last year. I was on cloud nine considering I've only found 3 sheds my whole life. All were found within 200 yards of one of my food plots.
