My latest
« on: March 26, 2011, 12:17:00 PM »
Ok guys, I've been experimenting a bit with a new form for a bow with a pronounced deflex/reflex profile. This is what I came up with...

The limbs are made of cherry and canary wood veneers. For the riser I used zebrawood. Shoot it the first time today and was positively surprised by how smooth she's shootin', although the draw weight is pretty high.

Hope I can finish the bow next week.

Put the finish on yesterday. The canary wood veneers from Kenny look awesome, I love it. Thanks a lot Kenny.

Elegant lines, beautiful wood choices. I like your work.

Nice looking bow!  Clint and Lee would be good names too.  :D
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
