Just finished this Red Oak bow with the help of 4est build along. I did change some of the dimensions here are my specs
7 1/4 Brace, 68"ttt, 9" riser, 4 1/2" handle, 2" fades, 1 3/4wide to 1/2" tips. Full 1/2" thick for the entire length of the bow
Got me a junk store bathroom scale and got some approx. weights
40# @ 28
45# @ 29
47# @ 30
My full draw is 30" it seems to be holding up so far, coming up on 200 shots. Top limb is stiff not working much past the riser. Need some help please
I got a corner full of busted selfbows this is the first bow that I have made that has lasted past 25 shots some less.
Thanks for looking, Crg
