Rookie year as a basement bowyer

Well I finally got a few longbows to turn out,so I'll post pics of them now and then to show that just about anyone can build a laminated longbow.The first one I'm showing has myrtle veneers,and a riser that my wood supplier said is Laotian rosewood.I don't have any reason to doubt him yet,so I guess thats what it is.I'll show another bow in a couple of days.Adios!

Thanks for the kind words guys.This particular bow is 64" and 53#,has bamboo cores(not action-boo),and is one of my faves to shoot.
