soak it with water until it is flexable, pat it dry. Spread tb3 on your limbs and lay the skin on. Smooth out any air bubbles and let it dry. Trim it up after it dries and file it smooth. That's about it.

Go ahead and put it on a bow Hoss, just use plenty of glue under it and seal it with 5-6 coats of Tru Oil over top and I think it'll hold fine. Next time just air dry them like mentioned above. Before you apply give it a good soaking in warm water, then dry it off and put in a clean tub of warm water again. That may remove most of the glycerin because it's water soluable anyway.
I think it will be fine.

Here's the skin along that I used when I did mine.
Be sure and use Elmer's wood glue and not Tite Bond, and Eric said that the super glue step is no longer necessary. I only coated the tips of my bow with super glue over the skins because I went all the way out with them.

Good Luck!

I would try to remove the glycerine by soaking the skin in alcohol. You may need to do this in a couple of sessions to get the glycerine out. Glycerine is pretty slick and will prevent good adhesion. Air dried skins are the best for this.
