If his shipping were any quicker, I would get the package before I ordered it. Very Positive Experience.

I had placed an order for shafts from a big "wholesale" company about two weeks ago and kept getting the run around about when they could be shipped (backorders, shipment not in yet etc etc)Canceled that order and called John today. Very helpful helping me pick the proper shafts. I don't think they will ship till tomorrow but I'm already impressed.

I have ordered from John a couple of times and I'll be the first one beating the war drum for him. Great guy to do business with, as well as a heck of a nice person.      :clapper:

John has become a friend of mine since I met him a couple years ago.The first time at his shop I tried nearly a dozen different bows.

He really wants you to get the right arrows for your bow.He keeps test arrows in all different spines and lengths at the shop ready for folks to shoot.

I went over monday and he helped me tune some shafts for my new bow.We spent several hours cutting and shooting untill we got it right.John spent half his day helping me and I spent a whole $30.00

In contrast the local pro shop would only sell a dozen arrows if I told them exactly what I wanted and if they didn't work they would be glad to sell me another dozen.

Thanks for the compliments. We try to ship the same day that we receive the orders. If we get orders late in the afternoon we sometimes can not make it to the post office before they close. We sometimes make 2 or 3 trips per day to post office to get them out the same day. Thanks again for the business and the nice remarks.

Yep, I talked to John yesterday about Gold Tips for my Turkey Creek.

He was more than willing to spend the time to go over my questions / concerns and make sure I would end up with the results I was looking for. Now I have a couple of test shafts on the way to me, and I should be calling John next week to order up a dozen.

John is top notch! And don't think his wife can't handle things when he's not around either. Ordered a dozen CX 150's on Monday (holiday). They were on my doorstep this afternoon.

I always enjoy John's company and he always comes through on every hairbrained arrow shaft idea, I come up with!

I needed some shafts but John's website said he was out of stock on the ones I wanted.  I called John to see if they could be back ordered and instead he dug around his personal stash and sent me 3 dozen of exactly what I wanted/ no waiting.

Great service and I will now never buy arrows anywhere else.
