What do you do when you get a bubble here and there under your clear glass? Maybe just one in a limb. If the bow is for a customer do you start over or is it just one of those things that may happen?

If for a customer, start over. Chances are that it will never affect the performance or longevity but you can't sell it that way. Thats one reason that I as a hobbiest bow maker like the colored glass, you never see the bubbles.
