humidity/ glue up
« on: June 08, 2011, 09:33:00 AM »
hello,   does high heat/humidty effect the integrity of the limbs during the glue up and while in the form?

the lams are dry and sanded at this point and have been stored in a cool dry place. i don't know if the humidity will cause problems while they are being glued up and in the form. should i wait until the humidity drops before glue up?

thanks for any info!      mike

If all your wood has been aclamated to your climate you will be fine. Provided the physical Moisture is correct in the wood itsself.
