Made a trip to KC today, came back with jatoba(2 on left), moradillo(2 in center), zebra (2 on right), and some sweet birdseye maple that I forgot to take a pic of!

I think the inspector even approved!  :D

Stay sharp, Kenny.

Kenny - Those are gonna make some real nice lams for one lucky customer of yours.  I might have to try jatoba in the next bow I build for myself, but if I build myself another bow right now, my wife will have me walkin the plank.

Hey John, the jatoba is a sleeper, my son picked a pc I had for his bow, I was pleasantly surprised. Sooo, when I found a good stock of it with some good grain, I picked thru it and bought a bunch. Now I just gotta get it on my website!

Here it is in a limb...

Now you're just teasing me Kenny!

That does look very nice.  I'll definitely consider jatoba for my next bow.  Can you use it for the working lams or is it best to use it as a veneer?

BTW - That bubinga you sent me a couple weeks ago looks great.  I just have to get some leather for the grip and it will be done.  I'll post some pics.
