Are you talking about the tightness of the recurve? Assuming that neither is a static recurve, the one with the tighter curve is likely to yield a little higher performance, if they're the same length. A static recurve, which doesn't open as much, actually functions more like a lever and usually is quicker still. The draw weight would be different only if the builder made them different. Some hybrids, which have a lot of reflex/deflex, get pretty close to a recurve in design, but they're still quite different in the way the limbs flex. Hope this answers most of your questions.
