B-Dog,
You maybe able to trade for one, that is what I did. I traded off a shed white antler for a hickory stave. I only have that one so I can't but I bet if you ask someone might make a trad of some kind with you. But I don't know if any of the sponsor or associate sponsor sell hickory staves. I would check pine hollows he might have the but I don't remember. Don't know if semo_hunter does the hickory but he does hackberry and Osage. There are many more in the those areas that do staves and such; if you go and look you might find what you are looking for there.

I'm looking at one of Mike Yancy's catalogs (Pine Hollow Longbows) right now. He's got Hickory listed along with Osage, Mulberry, Black Locust, Red Elm and White Oak staves (and billets). His number is: 1-888-474-1239
Give him a call and he'll fix you right up........Art
