Off to Michigan to collect "Salmon Skins"

Hope to get a few big salmon skins too put on selfbows !

Maybe a good dinner too ! Have you ever use salmon skin for bow backing ???

a friend of mine has- really looked good.he needed 2 salmon though. he butt joined them in the middle  of each limb, and hid the joins with some red silk.

You keep the skins and give me all the salmon.  They are great on the smoker.
