Thinning down Urac??? Anybody? Help!

I need to get some Urac thin enough to inject into a crack and I know there have been quite a few repairs using Urac this way.
Just wondering if somebody has a mix ratio or might be able to clue me in on how to thin it down so I can inject it into the crack.

To me Urac is to thick and too course to get thin enough to get into a crack. I'd use thin super glue for that.

Most epoxie I have ever used can be thinned with acetone.  I just mix the epoxie and add the acetone until it is the thickness I want and apply it to the area.  I have also mixed it to almost water consisty   and let it run into a crack.  The acetone will evaporate fast just leaving the epoxie to dry.  I have also used rubbing alcohol the same way it works the same way but does not evaporate as fast

A friend called the Nelson paint company to find out more about the glues qualities. The company tech rep was very accommodating in answering his questions.

Give them a call, I for one would like to know how to thin urac as it could possibly add another dimension to this great glues use.

Thanks Eric, I think I will call them this coming week. Even if it takes several days to set up and dry it won't matter to me as long as it holds. I can't hunt during the week anyway because of work so if I make the repair on Monday it would be ready to hunt on Friday evening.

Try warming up the urac Chris. To get it really deep into the crack try this little trick I use for two-ton epoxy (warmed).

Mound up the epoxy over the crack and cover with some type of tape (I use the 2" wide electrical tape). You should now have and air/epoxy bubble that you can squeeze to force the glue into the crack. I'll work to perfection if you can keep an air tight seal around the edge of the tape.
