A Hybrid / Hybrid
« on: November 18, 2011, 07:22:00 PM »
So we talk about hybrid longbows and if you look at them the risers for the most part look like a slimed down recurve. So I am thinking the one thing I like about the recurve is the riser, grip and mass weight. So what about a recurve riser with R/D longbow limbs. Does anyone make such a bow. I think I will.

I am building them on a reverse riser , Mounted on the belly. Exactly the same riser I build for my Talon 11 recurves.

Chuck I've built a few differnt risers but not quite that shape, kinda in between or slimmed down. I have a good slimed down patten I really like I was looking at something different for mass and look.
