Today I mowed the back yard, shot my hickory backed osage bow for a while, finished tiller on two red oak board bows and shot both 3-4 dozen times. Then I heat straightened 21 river cane shafts for arrows.
Oh, yeah! I finished a book I'd been reading.
Sounds like a lot, but the yard's small, the bows were almost tillered anyway, and the river cane had been tied in a bundle and were fairly straight already.
Yesterday I finished the tiller on my trade bow. I've shot it over 50 times and it feels great.
I'm trying to decide what to do for tip overlays.
