fujimo, these will be varied.  I try and keep them with in usuable spine.  For me, the 60-70 spine work the best and I shoot around 45 lbs.  But as usual, there will be spine in here from 30 lbs to 130lbs...lol

I cut out the profile of a HBH I glued up a few weeks ago. I'm going to clean up the rough cuts and get ready to trap it.

Today I put the roller guides on the band saw. Pretty darn slick and the saw runs so much smoother and quieter.

   

   

Then I put the rest and grip on the tri lam, still need to do the arrow plate and make a string up.

It's 40 degrees, bright and sunny here. Might go out an work on my tan this afternoon, have a glass of wine and cook some burgers on the grill by the pond and do some fishing:)

Sweet looking curve Andy, didn't know you we're building recurves. From what I've seen of your longbows I'd bet this is going to be a really nice bow for some lucky bow swapper.
