Nice picture, Brad. We have 20 years coming up July 9th:) We buy a bottle of wine and some steaks and head down to the pond to cook out and fish for our anniversary.. Our Silver Channel cats are around 30 inches and 20 pounds now, I laugh my ass off when she hooks one and is fighting it in. She get's such a serious look on her face. My kind of gal:)

Shot my first board bow about twenty times.  I can tell the next bow needs to be a little stronger-I can pull this one with ease.  Also, need a new thumb ring-mine's gone missing.  Will probably carve a new one tomorrow.

Been a long time since I've heard a thumb ring mentioned.

My hands were mangled in an accident when I was younger-my right has major control issues.  Thumb ring lets me shoot 'til my arms give out, instead of a few shots and my hand cramps uncontrollably.

Putting finish on a bow that was almost pearlies. It turned out awesome in the long run, but now something I want to send out.

Today I sighted in my 22 semi automatic rifle with a green laser dot sight. Couldn't fugger out why I've been missing the damn ground hogs that are destroying my garden. Here the darn thing was shooting a foot right and two feet high, DUH:)

The score so far is ground hogs 2, Roy 0. But that's all gonna change now:)

As the old saying goes, you can not hit what you can not see you ole coot.  GET SOME GLASSES. Either that or get them crooked ones you got fixed....geesshhh,,,a crossed eye hunter.  That something we all need roaming around

opened up a box with 12 new ash shafts...and a package of fletching to make some flu-flu arrows.  going to lightly sand and then stain the shafts with NATURAL minwax stain/sealer two or three coats.  Then seal with wipe on POLY for 4-5 coats later this weekend and then fletch them up.  :)

Put the table on my new bandsaw and cleaned the gunk off it.

For once I read the instructions     and used the citrus gunk remover, cause acetone wouldn't do the trick at all!!

Roy - You know, when you're building them tri lam bows you're only one ingredient away from becoming one of us glass guys.

Kenny - Real men don't need no stinkin' instructions.

OK - Got my digs in for the evening.
