I just received two-dozen cedar arrows from Jim Curlee of Pine Island, MN. Beautiful looking and even better shooting. Great Product.

I buy all my cedar shafts from him. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Great shafts and a great person.

Jim is an excellent arrow builder.  One of the unsung heroes of the craft actually. He's been building for years and know his stuff.

It's good to see a post about him.

Jim is a true craftsman in every sense of the word.  His tapered shafts are top of the line.

Doug, thanks for the PBS Banquet donation!
Here are a couple of quotes from Jim's brochure:  "I have been making, and selling wood arrow shafting since 1985. I now specialize in Tapered Port Orford Cedar shafts, and arrows."
Also:
"I do all of my own tapering, and have experimented with various configurations.  Overall, I feel that the single taper is the bowhunter's best bet!"
Jim's business is called: Custom Tapered Arrows and Shafts and the address is:  15563 Co. 27 Blvd.  Pine Island, MN  55963

I've been dealing with Jim since the late 80's.
You can order shafts or finished arrows.
Great guy to deal with.  Just don't get him started talking old Harley's.
