Coaster, very nice looking bow! I also wrapped an Osage with cord. How much water did you add to the glue? I used Crazy glue to "spot Hold" the cord but I think its a good idea to TB3 it too. Thanks

Coaster, good work on the yew, I too like the stain and finish.

Sporthunter, looking good!

PD, I know what you mean, I miss not having that to look forward to when I get home every day.  I'm not complaining though, since I received IMO one of the best bows of the trade....Dan

I was starting to get concerned but am glad it got there. Last year Joe Weed, this year Kenny McKenzie! Talk about being intimidated with my recipients. Sheesh!
Kenny, I hope she a good fit for you. I was very pleased how well she shot. She does have a little thump when shot but by no means uncomfortable. My draw is 26" and even though I have tillered her out and well exercised to 29" I wasn't able to shoot her at 28". Please work her in gently for those last few inches. I have no doubt she will be fine I just wasn't able to finesse her with full draw shooting.
Make the most of all that comes and the least of all that goes!

First off- THANK YOU PAT for a great work of art!!  :notworthy:

I was gonna ask about breakin on her Pat, I have only exp. with a black locust selfbow I made.

My hat is off to you guys who make bows from the raw materials at hand!  I love the bow, and my wife said " AWESOME"

She ain't never said that about one of mine!  :dunno:
Stay sharp, Kenny.
