I got a call today from a friend in the swap concerned about his recipient not posting.

Wow that is one beautiful bow!  Ted what are the specs on that bow?

I have everything ready to ship but I'm going to put it off till next week I want to deepen the knocks a little more.  I didn't realize how shallow they were till I strung her up for a couple good bye shots yesterday.

The good news is we should have 69 more bows delivered within the next two months. I find it hard to believe but we shall see. It should make for a busy few months.

Lets see some more progress pics. Thanks and good luck to all still building.

I like many of you have been yearning to see my trade bow show up on the porch but I couldn't wait any longer and had to order a new Northern Mist Classic takedown.

Hanging out here got me back in the buying mode, if I could just get back in the selling mode I'd be ok, hard to let go of the keepers.....

I took some pics last night but my wife wouldn't put'em on the thread for me. Said they "drink through a straw!" She promised to take decent pics and post'em Friday.

My bow should be in the mail early next week. I'm ready for maybe one more coat of tru-oil, and I want to shoot a little more... Righthanded no less. Then ***** will get it about two days after it's put in the mail.

*****, this is the first time I've used bamboo. The bow shoots well and wasn't difficult to build. I think there are at least 2 more similar to it in my near future.

Bone, that is one sharp bow. I love the attention to detail in the tips and riser.

I just have to relabel my bow and touch up the finish.  We are in the middle of a 3-month long moving process, so thanks to my recipient for having patience!

Sorry for not updating my swap bow's status. I bought a tube today and I should get it in the mail next week. I just have to write the stats on it and finish up the bow sock my Mom sewed up for it.

Sweet bow Ted. I still shoot the snot out of mine.  At 54in It's easy to manage in a blind or boat.

I put some skins on mine trade bow today and will clean em up this weekend and hopefully finish and ship soon.

I got the tips glued on and nocks cut.  Just waiting for a string to sling a few arrows with it.

Dave, that's a spiffy little temporary vice mount ya got there. I have a spare vice laying here so I just may mount it to a piece of flat steel myself.

Bone and DVS those are two sweet looking bows.

I have family in for my son's high school graduation so my scrapping will be limited over the weekend. I really want to get it a low brace before posting pics. I just does not look much different then any other pic of it. Were I am tillering it I don't have a grid up behind it so I don't think yall can tell much.

That's all i did Roy. It comes in handy for finishing touches, and the weighted base keeps it from.tipping or moving. Just make sure your vise is made in the USA.
