Redhill I never made it to much of the rest of the state.  I was in 6th grade at the time and all I knew that Searcy was just a different kind of place.  I only spent a few months there and got the heck out. lol  I'm 30 years old now and I still have never set foot back in the state. lolol.

Roy I bet that pic of you would be like seeing a car wreck.....hate to look at it but somehow just have to keep looking....lolol

Whoosh, time goes by quite fast. In two weeks I will have finished my first year of college, and I have to cut out the limbs on the school's band saw before I head home. I'll post pictures of the limbs tomorrow, they look sweet! I'm never going back to non-clear glass now...

Beautiful bows this year guys...
Roy, I do NOT want to see you in a loin cloth buddy. Unless you are holding onto a raspberry ale.  :-)
I humbly follow in the learned footsteps of those who precede me.

Got mine finished and shot it in as best I could. I went with a floppy rest on it and a leather handle wrap. Had a little trouble with the handle wrap, but had to make due. Here's a couple of last pics. Kelly, you can officially mark me as shipped. It's been fun, but I'm glad it's done.

Scott, if that's your "have to do handle wrap", I can't wait to see one of your good ones.  The whole package looks pretty darn good to me....Dan

Plan A didn't work out for me, So I am moving on to plan B. Plan B is going to have to wait for a few weeks as I am moving to Virgina. So I won't be able to work on it until I get settled in.
Thanks
Boswell

Nice bow Scott. I think the wrap turned out well.

I cleaned up the skins on ky trade bow, but wife found my camera in the sock drawer and ate the batteries while i was twisting a new string... I hope we don't have that again!      :deadhorse:

I think It's time for the swap mascot to make a comeback. ;-)

Scott - That handle wrap looks awesome!

Let's not forget to post pics on the thread rmorris started...TG BOW SWAP 2012 (pictures only).  It's been a month since any bow pics have been posted and I'd had to see that thread die.  Here's the link.

Great work.

Ok here is what I am tracking 3 bows are in the mail.
one received that I was not tracking as shipped. (please let me or stiks know when you ship or post it here)

So that bring us to 26% complete. 23 bow recived 67 awaiting their bows. So you have a 4.5% chance of receiving one of the shipped bows if you are waiting.

Ok things are slowing down made it through my son's High school graduation so I should be able to get back on my bow this weekend.

VB, I agree, that is a nice wrap and bow! I think you're just fishin' for compliments, anyway.

Stiks and Kelly, my trade bow is in the mail as of 11:34 am, central time. ****** should be opening the tube by Friday afternoon... Waiting...

Seems to be as much fun waiting for someone to receive a bow as waiting to receive one for myself.  :archer:

Red's is one of the 3 I have marked as shipped. I will get some pics up tonight of my progress. I was able to put it on a short string for the first time. and hand draw it back to about a 12" at 45 lbs. It not enough brace to get the string off the handle but it is a start.
