Sweet Hope I get to see it at the next KS bunny stomp.

I got word of on hitting the mail today so that is 32 received bows, and that leaves 56 folks waiting for the mail man. So with 3 bows in the mail that I am tracking yall have a a 5% chance of getting a bow in the next week or so. But 3 of you do have a 100% chance of getting a bow.

A long white tube was waiting for me today when I got home. Inside was a sweet osage longbow that has a bit of snakey character , which I absolutely love. Thank you Larry Joiner!!!! She is sweet. I took a couple quick shots in the basement and it feels great, not shocky at all,& quiet as a mouse. I will get some photos later and post them. I am a happy camper. Living in a void of Osage or any other good Bow wood this is a real treat to have a pretty little bow like this in my hands.

Glad you like it Pete, I was down to my last few staves and it
seemed like every one I started working had some type of
flaws in them. I finally got lucky with that one. I guess I'm
blessed to have a place I can go cut an osage tree whenever
I need to.

Got my bow starting to bend the way I want it. Still 40# @ 14" so lots still to do. Working 2 jobs at the moment so time is getting short for me. I've got Thursday off, so if I can skip the wife's honey-do list I may get a good chunk done then.
Bows are looking great guys.
Va nice board bow from Scott, tiller looks real good. I don't know about the neighbors getting nervous but the dog was heading in the wrong direction, how nervous did she get.

I put a long brown tube in the mail today heading to its new owner. I hope ****** likes it. I didn't sign the bow with anything but the poundage. Hope they like it.

Rebbowhunter , you have no idea how lucky you are to have access to staves. I wish we had some up here to work with.   I realy like the small tips you did on my bow.I think my next one will have some tips similar  to the size you use.

Nocks are MUCH harder to get right than I thought.  Also, is a brace height of 7" too much for a bend-through the handle bow?  It is 70 nock-to-nock, and I am using a 68" string.
