Ok I am getting told when they hit the mail and we have 10 in the mail but some should have arrived so let me know if you got yours.

Also does any one know this guy evildocrsx If i have not heard from him buy Friday I am going to get with stiks and suggest he is banned and just have his bowyer forward his bow to the person he was building for. I have not heard anything in months. I was not worried for he has not gotten a bow and I have it on hold but come Friday I am just going to take it off hold.

Ok for those who have not shipped I need an update and a projected shipped date. I have 2 that I know my need more time. INK has decided to try and finish up his bow and he had an earthquake. I know of one other that is running late.

I will work with you as long as you let stiks or myself know. Most bows are well worth the wait.

Now for the good news I forgot to post it before but I really got to enjoy the bow I got from Roy after I shipped my bow off. I took it to MOJAM and man I got to shoot it a lot and a few others here got to draw it back.

But I was suprised how well I was shooting her. We had a night of shooting Clay birds of targets and pieces and I think my best was shooting 2 small pieces back to back.

Thanks Roy and I have not decided yet but I got drawn for an cow elk tag on FT Riley and most years it is less then 50 tags total that got out. I have seen it in the teens. But Roy it may get a chance to fling and arrow at an elk this year.

LMAO, best of luck with the Elk, Kelly. I know that BBO will take one down.

Two pieces in a row he says... You hear Kelly talk he was out shooting all of us. Haha

I'll keep making pieces for ya Kelly but you gotta save some elk for next year at mojam. Dem steaks were delicious.

Roy, that bow want bad...some might even say it was okay.   :goldtooth:

Just so my recipient knows I'm working on his bow:

String tracks well.  Bamboo back, laminated bamboo core, and osage belly.

Tiller needs a little more work, but it's fairly close.  Close enough I'm willing to start shaping the handle and shelf.  Should hit weight without much problem.

Plan to be shooting it in Saturday, final coats of finish Sunday, ship early next week.  Although, after saying that out loud I'll have to knock on wood daily until it's actually gone...

My daughter called and said there is a long package for me at the door.....  Can't wait to get home,  only trouble is I have to cover 210 miles  to get to the pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow!!!!

I knew something good was going to happen today when I left at 0' dark thirty

Oh yea, my wife swares it isn't a joke!!!

Yep Roy that is the one it was a yellow birch with the the bark just knocked off. DVS challenged me to make you a bow and I lost the challenge the bow broke during the shoot in.

Sorry roy I could not make you as fine a bow as you made me. I really did try.

Oh yeah I will mark you as received JSMOFFITT03.

and we are just under 70% done with only 25 of you waiting and 9 bows in transit. So you have just over a 33% chance of getting one.

So we are at 85 bowyers total left. So far we have had about 10% drop out rate.

Got my bow from Dave Bowers about 30 minutes before I left for vacation last week.  Thanks, Dave.  Sorry for the late response.

I have my wife on tube detail.  She is to call any time she sees the mailman stop and get out of his vehicle with a tube.
He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow, and concealed me in his quiver. Isaiah 49:2
