And yes I dared string it!  It looked string-able but definitely not going to draw without the tip.

Keenan that would be awesome if you could send me a piece.
I think I can just sand it at more of an angle and I might be able to keep the bottom of the nocks you have in there.  I think maybe a piece 1 1/2" long I don't know how thick it is but i'm sure it will be thick enough.

Man my heart sunk when I saw the pic. I poured my heart into those tips. I will be filing a claim on it in the morning. And I'll shoot you some horn in the mail as well. Man that just flat stinks.First one I've ever had messed up from shipping. Was the tube crushed or did it look dropped on end? If you could shoot me some pics of the tube that would be great.

will do, it was dropped...  I almost cried when I saw it.  I knew It had to be  broken.  I opened it up right there because I knew it and I wanted them to know they did it.

What a great bow man, yall really pull out of the stops. I see me owning 20 or 30 bows down the road, and most I did not even make.

You may need to flatten the angle just a touch.from what you pmarked out. could be trouble if you get too steep with that short of bow and 28" draw. I  doubt you would have any tiller change to speak of. I'll take pictures to post office in the morning and see what they will do but, you'll at least have some horn on it's way and I will replace the bow if needed bro.
Please save the tube in case I need it for the claim

Beautiful bow Keenan, sorry to see the damage but it looks relatively easy to repair. Still very sharp!

Sad day.  Beautiful bow and good thing it looks repairable.

The lady at the post office said "That wasn't me!"  Then she told me to go online usps.com and do the claim.  Keenan I started to do the claim but I didn't have the numbers like how much you paid for insurance and some other things.  You have to make an account on there and it seams pretty easy.  I can do it but I don't have the info.

This is the main reason why I mail my bows in a hard plastic pipe with wooden plugs screwed into both ends, and the bow padded to heck and back inside, and I still insure it.

Unfortunately I doubt the PO will honor the insurance clain. Unless you have written proof of the actual value of the bow  they won't honor it. I never insure selfbows for just that reason. I do send it  USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation so it can be tracked if necessary.
Too bad it happened. Fortunately it isn't too badly damaged. Looks like a beautiful bow.
Keenan, how do you compare ERC with the Juniper you normally use?
