yeah  Kelly last time I checked it runs anywhere from $160 - $300, and at the moment I dont make take downs as we hope to sell our house and downsize and I havent made a takedown form. The 3 forms I do have are taking up too much room now.

Sounds like the solution is to cut one of those forms in half - presto - take down form.

Not everyone is going to be able to drop a couple hundred bucks to ship a bow down under, but there are those here on the swap that I think would be able and willing.  If the guy overseas is willing to send his out, I'm sure it won't be a problem to find a bowyer to send one back.  Just my two cents...

For a minute I thought Kelly knew more about Bob than the rest of us.

Kelly does 'know' me from an aussie forum we both frequent. Not much to me though, ol' dude in my sixties, pensioner, been making bows couple years, mainly straight laid HH style longbows, but have made a few board bows and lately making deflex/reflex bows ala Kennym. Post couple photos next couple days on latest one with all australian timbers.

I was thinking there was something about 'bib' that only he knew about.  :)
