I love those bows, Kris! The Hill style is especially sharp.  And skins seem to always make a good bow better.

Very nice Kris!  Both are great, but that Hill style is exceptionally sweet.

Kris those are both sweet bows for sure. Great job finding that line and not pushing over it!  :clapper:
I was thinking the same about the bubble bath but David called it out first. At least your not in a rubber ducky suit.

Heck Kris I bet a good ole bubble bath is the only way to get that coal dust out of your hair. Not to mention the yeller dust also.

Kelly that coal dust get's in places I didn't know I had LOL.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm gonna give that hill bow a little tweekin on outer thirds. Right now that baby is at 1/8" positive tiller.

I still can't decide whether to skin it or stain the boo    :banghead:

I been thinking about putting that yew bow back on a string but I think I'll just start a couple more bows and wait a little longer.

Got to go build a fire in the shop and get her warmed up and make some shavin's

Hey Kris, I know it's too late for this bow, but I used a blow torch to darken the bamboo for one of my bows before I glued it up. You can leave lighter and darker areas and when you give it a light sanding, it looks really neat. Almost a camo pattern.

I'd like to see a close up of that handle and the belly of the juniper bow Kris. And the tips while you're at it please!

I really like that deer mount you have there also!

Kris you could always get one of Nate's fruity beers soak in a nice bubble bath and contemplate what to do with the boo. Light some candles and incense as well just to get the right atmosphere for deep and serious thinking.  ;)
