I don't own one, but I would say all of the above should work.

I shoot carbon and wood, not sure why ya ask though. I shoot around 9gpp with the carbons and around 10 gpp. with wood. I have an Arroyo and a new T/D recurve on the way. Shawn

just asking b/c I think my dad has bought me an arroyo for a gradution present. I just bought 12 aluminum arrows, but I was informed that Kevin suggests using goldtips out of the arroyo.
Don't know if it matters, just thought i'd get the range of arrows everyone is using.

Goldtips are not very consistent and not very durable. If ya shoot carbons try the Heriatge CX line of carbons. Ya really need to know the bows specs. to get the right arrows. Great bows and the Arroyo is a sweet shooter. Shawn

Shoot whatever you are comfortable shooting Wood Carbon or aluminum will work as long as the are the right spine. pesonally I shoot carbons most of the time either Arrow Dynamics or Easton Epic 500s.

I'll be odd man out and say I shoot alum out of my Vortex's. Works for me and any carbon I've tried seemed loud to me.
