Any trad gangers in the Northern Virginia area? Just moved from northern NY and I'm looking for others in the area who make shoot and hunt trad bows.

Yes sir!  We've got a nice group of trad guys (and girls) shooting at Northern Virginia Archers.  I've been looking for someone making bows in the area to swap ideas and beers with though.  I'll drop you PM, give me a call.

Steve, NORVA's range is at the entrance to Fountainhead Park, down by the Occaquan Reservoir West of Springfield.  Adress is 10875 Hampton Rd, Fairfax Station, VA 22039.  Let me know if you're interested in coming down at some point.

I work in Bethesda, we should touch base some evening if nothing else.

Ft. Belvoir has a really nice range complex, pin shoots and 3D shoots as well. A few of the folks from NORVA shoot there as well. That is how I met most of them.

I'd like to  check out the NORVA range sometime. I work on Eastern Shore during the week so am often not around Silver Spring on week nights. Moved into a new house last summer and my wife was kind enough to let me take over the garage as a shop. So I'm getting back into bow making after a bit of a hiatus.  Be cool to connect with some others doing the same.
