Where to buy ULZ "S" glass?

I've seen a little info about this stuff being superior to UL or ULS glass.  I can't find anybody who sells it.  Any ideas?

If you call Bingham, he probably has some as well.  At one point I was talking to him about it and he said he had it available but did not publish it in the book/website.
