Dont want to stir a hornets nest but hope to get opinions on some things I have seen on different forums. number one , when shooting for draw weights I use  the total wood stack combined with the relevant glass size to obtain weight. I have read where airhose pressure is used instead of worrying about such, ie; 2o# = 20psi air pressure,40# = 40psi.For mine this might leave less than perfect glue lines. Also the 'cooking 'temps' quoted are way out there. It is my belief that anything above 70C [ sorry about different temp scale] will result in the scrim or glass fibers 'prickling' or standing on edge. I cook mine at 60C and all seems well. I also use 60 -70psi for all bows. Wont heavier pressures like 90psi plus result in glue starvation? I am definitely not trying to have any argument but get a general consensus of opinion.what do others use in these matters?

Thickness of your stack will determine the poundage of the bow (not the amount of hose pressure applied)- I measure mine at the butt end of the stack- glass included- some folks take this measurment at the fades or a certain distance on the stack.For hot box temps- mine run in the 150-160F range for 4 hours and then I let the bow cool down before removing it from the oven.For psi I run 65-70psi and have no glue line issues.

Thanks Trux for your response.Why the questions is  my mentor advised when I started that he had contacted Smooth on and their advise was 140F [60C] for eight hours and he left the bow in hotbox overnight. I measure mine as well at the butt end and also at the tip end to hopefully keep consistent. It does seem that there are a huge amount of variables that people are using but if any particular system works then thats all that counts.
