I'll chime in the other side.  He had a set on his sponser site I wanted to buy.  I pm'd him twice, in 4 months he never got back to me.  I don't know if he was busy or what but a reply would have been nice.  Just my own experiance.

Glad ya all like the bolts. Houseman I don't remember getting 2 pms from you or emails sorry. But if you would like a set I would be happy to send you a set for free. I do not blow people off. My Pm box fills fast and our server has been having alot of problems in the past. So anyone trying to get intouch with me and it's full normally email me or they can pm or email Shell. Remember this is a hobby and I work 45hrs a week at a regular job. Shell and I do our best to stay on top of things no matter what some have been told by others, I am really easy to get a hold of I live on this site everyday and been on here for a longtime. So again We are sorry if anyone feels that we have blown them off. And if we can we try and always make it right. thanks everyone.<><

Frank and Shell are real busy, I've been corresponding with Shell for a while now and sometimes it takes a couple of days to get the reply but it will come.  If you don't get an answer there was a technical error, so try again.  Shell has gone to great lengths to make sure the bolts are exactly what I want and need right down to the smallest detail.  Just great folks.

I can't imagine how fast Frank would answer a PM if he wasn't so busy!

I PM'd him about a knife tonight, and he replied back in less than 30 minutes.

Frank and Shell are first class all the way, look no further for a top notch set of limb bolts, knives and quivers.

If there is a problem you can bet your last dollar they will take care of it.

I've been a BIG fan of Frank's limb bolts for a long time now, but as far as I know he hasn't attempted to make a set to fit the Silvertips yet.......

What's it going to take Frank?

Hey Frank, If you were a lefty I'd send you mine to "play" with. I do think Dave and his wife have a "test drive" program. I'm sure Shell would understand your need to do some "research".   :readit:    ;)
