2006 wilderness AK moose hunt ... just after falling in river, no tent, no food (had not planned to bivouac that night), fresh grizzly sign everywhere ... but plenty fresh grayling to eat, a full bottle of George Dickel to drink, and no worries!

Here I am with a buck I rolled up in my deer cart. My son's Jack Russell dog went with me.This buck came from a long distance because he was looking at the doe's under me. My lucky day. Ken
