tree id's

I've got a few tree on my jobsite I have to remove. I think they are elm and black locust, but I'm not sure. Think you guys can help?

You'll say..well that was nice,its good wood,but it ain't osage  ;) ....lol

Looks like both are bow worthy to me...lightly temper the locust,and give the elm a deeper darker tempering

Thanks for the advice.

 I like to work a few "other" woods to make me really appreciate the osage I have growing everywhere. Even if it wasn't better than the rest I would still pick it just on color alone. :-)

That elm will split a lot better if you cut fairly deep kerfs with a circular saw.
