Great looking bow Mac.

Goobersan, they both look great, I'd be happy to give either of them a good home.

Dang no pictures???

After I put on the new handle I've had to rework mine.  Almost got the tiller reworked though.

I got my bow tempered and reflexed on the caul on Tuesday night.  I'll tackle it again this weekend after it's had a chance to properly rehydrate.  It's coming along pretty well.  Had a few hiccups with the tiller, but those got ironed out pretty quickly before they had any negative effects.

I got a long tube from the P.O. today from David Schnieder aka DVShunter. I know you've been waiting almost a month on status of delivery. I just recieved a attemted delivery notice Tuesday, April 16, did not get home early enough to pick it up yesterday. I don't know what happened. I have been working in Oxford,MS most of this year and would have been there when you said you got word of delivery attempt in March, but my wife never mentioned any thing. Any way it is a great looking bow, I did shoot it a few times and It shoots great. You must have been thinking I'm a complete jerk! I really like this bow, I really love the snakey upper limb. Sorry for the long post yall.

Larry, I'm glad it finally made it there. The post office only holds em for 15 days and then send it back. I was worried when it didn't come back. Almost killed my wife when she threw out my receipt for tracking. I'm glad you like it. I kinds tried to copy what you made last year. Enjoy it. And the words are Choctaw for bow.It means wooden gun.

I thought it was probably Choctaw since they are the largest tribe from this area. I was really expecting something else when I went to pick it up. We had a big hail storm here a few weeks ago and it busted all the plastic skylights on our camper. I ordered some new ones and thought thats what I was gonna pick up, was really surprised when the mail lady brought out a long tube instead of a box. Thanks again for a great bow, I'll post pics as soon as I can remember how to.

I took plan B for a ride to Wisconsin to finish up ,today snow and ice are the name of the game today...
anyway plan a is the snakey arrow in the handle fancy pants , but a bit under weight I guess right at the bottom of the recipients request
plan B is a simple bare minimum bend through the handle Eastern woodlands Bow at the high end of the recipient request...so do I ,A send light weight or B send heavyweight or C all of the above I guess time will tell he he he...and as per D's request here are the pics of simple A&B...

I would probably shoot the bottom one if I saw it laying on the ground somewhere....

All its missing is the forked tongue...

That is some crazy character in that piece of wood..

Great job..
