Ok I couldn't handle setting around anymore. So off to the bowshed I went. Got ***************'s bow out of the form and cleaned it up some. Its not to look at yet but here are a few pics. The riser is gonna be bacote with a osage arce. The white part in the drawing is gonna be the osage. Thats probably pretty self explanatory though..lol
Also this one is one of mine that I used my branding iron on. Does anyone have any objections to this being on their bow?? I fill it with glue so you can't feel where it was burnt in, but I assume not everybody wants something burnt into the riser.

Wouldn't bother me at all. Adding our personal touches to what we are giving away is part of this swap.

I think it's cool. Not something i would do just cuz it's not my thing, but i certainly wouldn't mind it.

D - That's a really cool way to make your mark. My biggest downfall in making a bow is signing it. It always ends up looking like a little kid wrote on it with a crayon.

Seeing all the bows coming together got me feeling like a slacker. I couldn’t decide what to build for *- I did know I’d need something for the riser so I put together some woods for a mosaic.
And got them laid out and glued to some red glass-

D, branding looks great. where did you get yours? I've done just a little research, was thinking of using one on my bows on the face of the riser. nice work!
