Coco longbow

Cocobolo riser and veneers (thanks Kenny) a-boo cores impala horn tips. 62 inches 53@28.

Very nice!  There are times that a piece of wood looks so good by itself that you don't need a bunch fancy stuff in a riser to make a really fine looking bow.  Those tips are awesome too.

 it's getting to where I can't work with it anymore.  I wear a respirator and long sleeves it still tears me up.

What is your stack at the fade, taper rate and limb angle?  I am trying to predict what mine will be on a similar design.

That's beautiful! I envy anyone that can work with cocobolo because it is soooo  beautiful. It's amazing that God can hide such striking grain inside of a tree!

Coco and Bocote make beautiful bows but it wrecks my sinuses so no more for me.I am kind of partial to North American wood anyway. That said that is a beautiful well made bow.  Bob
