Twisted limb

Hi all.This is my first post.My first red oak board bow has a twisted limb.Now I am working on my second one and it is starting to twist as well.What can I do to fix this and what can I do to prevent this in the future. thanks for all the help. Kev

Make sure the limbs are the same thickness on each side.

Before you rasp the facets on the sides of the limbs, take a compass and scribe equal lines down the sides, that will help keep the same thickness.
