My St Jude bow
« on: April 17, 2013, 07:59:00 PM »
I finally had a chance to start my St Jude bow this morning and this is the days progress.  Riser is bocote and phenolic.  Bocote wedges and veneers with A-boo cores.   Came in heavy gonna have to sand a little to get her down to 55 @28.  Yes it's an adult bow.  Terry emailed me and said any bow would be fine.

Hope to get her sprayed this weekend.

Looks like she will be a beauty!  Can't wait until it's finished!

Thanks guys.  I gotta finish the tips and string grooves and some minor tool marks.  Flap wheels make easy work of those though.
