Finish sanded Pauls bow.I use the marker to fill in all the low spots. then I use 240 grit emory cloth and a gloved hand to press it against the low spots and drag it across them until they are level and the ink is gone.
I use this abrasive wheel at 3600 rpm on the sander to finish out the riser and limbs.
last time on the tiller tree. Paul wanted 58#@30". Heres where it finished.
Not too bad. Less that 1.5#.
now to lock the limbs in place. the holes are oversized so I have room to adjust limb tracking. once it is perfect heres how I lock them in place.
