Bow Quiver
« on: February 28, 2008, 10:43:00 PM »
I've tried a couple of bow quivers in the past and have never really been satisfied but I am not ready to give up on the idea, it just seems to convenient.

So the other night I found myself crawling from archery shop to archery shop looking for another quiver to try.  Just as I started to get frustrated my eyes fell on a roll of leather I had in the corner and I figured what the heck.  Now I'm a long way from having much skill with the needle and thread, but I don't think she came out half bad.

Thanks for looking.
-Matt

Thanks everyone.

baretracks, I love that little pup, and she certainly keeps the other dogs from getting fat, but she really keeps me on my toes.  The other day I went to the gate to let my wife in and when I came back she had started to chewed the knocks of some wooden arrow I had just put together (and where grouping quite well I might add).  I couldn't do much but laugh.

I think the pup is eyeing the leather in your new quiver...wouldn't let her get too close....LOL.

Australian Shepard? I've always loved those dogs....real smart, but sometimes a little too smart for their own good!! We had Aussies when I was growing up...you'll never find a better friend!!!

That's nice work.  I think a build along is in order.  I want to make one just like that.
