I've had good luck using hot water from a faucet. Hold the bow under the running hot water while twisting the limb back past straight until it feels hot to the touch, then turn the water to cold while still holding the limb past straight until it's cool. It took me several sessions doing this to get most of the twist out. The bow I did was a Bear Grizzly and has held straight for several years now since straightening. Your success will depend on how severe the twist is. Good luck.
