My first bamboo backed ipe. What do you guys think?

Brace height looks a little high, I'd also tend to say it looks a tad stiff around mid limb, would need a front profile picture to give an accurate assessment though.

If your width taper is even, I think I would make the mid-limb do a little more work. It is tough to tell for sure without a front profile and unbraced pic though.
If those are 12" tiles, that brace looks to be about 9". That's too high. You might need a longer string
