It's hard not to rush..not even once..during the build.
One of the most difficult aspects of the build for me.

man you know what, that really wasn't much different than a regular backed bow, not hard.  but i think i like making selfbows better.

John, tri lams are a piece of cake, no different than a BBO bow, just an extra core lam is all. They actually work out easier and  have sexier curves. Don't be scared ya sissy pants.. LOL

If I make a bow too sexy my Wife might get jealous..
...then again last time she was jealous it worked out pretty well for me...hhmmm

Lol... I once built a very curvy, snakey, osage selfbow 'Grace', and I had just finished her and was sitting on the foot of the bed admiring her curves when the wife walked in as I was running my fingers down her upper limb. Yep, she seemed a little jealous or something..... hmmpff.... women.

I'm smarter than the average bear, I named my first bow, Christine. That's my wife's name..      :notworthy:

Man did that ever get Bowjunkie in hot water. His wife came in as Jeff was writing Christine on my bow and she said, You never named a bow after me... LMAO

And then there was the time Bowjunkies wife came out to the bow shop to give him a kiss cause she was going shopping. She kissed him and then said what are you eating that stinks. Jeff said, I'm chewing sinew.. LMAO

And don't let Jeff in the kitchen. He put a crock pot bowl on a gas stove to heat up the sausage and it exploded. LOL
