x2 what macbow said, but since you're here ... I think the 150s correspond to .500 spine, and the 250s correspond to 400 spine IIRC.
So if you want to go with a 400spine arrow and stay wround full length, you could go cheap like beman ICS 400, or you could go with something like the gold tip traditional 5575.
If you wanna try to get a lighter spine flyign well like the 150s, then you need to look at 500 spine offerings liek beman ICS 500, or gt 3555. There are a million others out there. Any 400 spine shaft should fly very very similarly to the 250s. The heritage are heavy (grains/in) for their spine so a beman ICS would probably come out around 50grains lighter in finished arrow weight .... mayeb 20grains for the GT traditionals.
FWIW, when going from a 400 spine (CE 250) to a 500 spine (ce 150) a fairly small change in length will stiffen the arrow up to where you need. Remember, spine (400 vs 500 vs 600 etc) is a linear change ... point weight also causes a linear change in spine, arrow length is exponential.
so in other words, doublign point weight makes a shaft act ~1/2 as stiff, or reducing point weight by half makes an arrow react twice as stiff. But reducing arrow length by 25% (25" vs 33" makes it twice as stiff) so reducing arrow length by 1" is like reducing point weight from 125 to 100gr.
Long story short, start full length regardless of spine and work from there in SMALL increments.
