Is there any tape available at 1.5 inches, the blue tape is 1.41 and drives me nuts.It used to be 1.5 whats up with that.

If I had to guess I imagine they wen't metric .... 1.41" is almost exactly 35.5mm

Why does it bother you? I've been using tape that's wider than the glass for many years, just align it with one edge and trim the tape along the other edge with a utility knife. It takes seconds.

Bowjunkie, his glass is wider than the 1.41 tape. I had the same problem.
T Folts, 3M makes a true 1.50 tape. Works very well. Got mine at ACE.

Buy 1.75 or 2" and do like Bowjunkie says(I use a mill file to trim)Done for years as well
or,
Just run the 1.41 down the middle. It is only .0045" on each side. By the time you clean up your squeeze out its fine.

Yep, buy wider tape, put it on aligning it with one edge, and trim the other.

I have been using the 1.41 and running down the middle, looked around here and all the stores carry 1.41 only WM, HD ect, I'll look at ace.
I Have used the 2 and trimed it that works just waste.
