Hello all,
This is my first post here and I hope it is in the correct area. I have been shooting biws and biwhunting for roughly 30 years now. I ha e went from a black fiberglass Bear Recurve I found to compounds, to a custom David Miller Longbow and then a mix ofthe longbow and compounds.
I started out fletching my own arrows around 13-14 year of age but they were for compounds. The arrows worked but I was far from patient enough to make them all perfect. As time went on I found it easier and quicker to buy arrows already fletched.
My last 3 dozen arrows that I bought were fletched by Vics Archery in Grand Rapids MI when they were still open in the early 2000s. They are Easton Legacy arrows and appear to be a straight fletch slightly offset to the right. I am right handed and shoot a right handed Miller Longbow. I have a JoJan 6 place multifletching jig with right helical clamps and I nedd to refletch some of the Easton Legacy arrows I have. Will the right helical clamps be ok shooting a right handed bow? When I refletch the arrows I will strip even the good arrows and refletch them so they are all the same.
Any help is appreciated!
