Man than sucks Kelly.  I almost did the same thing the other day, but luckily I didn't hurt anything but my pride.  Hope you heal up quickly.

Dang Kelly, that ain't good.  Not good at all.  I walked down the grass to the car in the freezing rain this morning instead of the front steps just to keep from doing the same thing.

Fancy looking riser John...

Got one of the two bows to a shootable condition last night.  Will still need final sanding, but need to put a few arrows through it to check the final tiller first.  But need a string, all the extra hanging off the bowyer's knot on my tillering string seems to get in the way.  With the rain today and tomorrow, guess I'll bring the second bow to the same point, make a string, and wait for the good weather on Sunday.

It's not as fancy as it looks. It's solid osage.
The plastic wrap just happened to lay it just the right spot to make it look pretty...lol

Your tip looks very symmetrical.

karrow I don't plan on making any changes to the bunny hunt until I see the doc next week.

Thanks fellas for the get well wishes.

Nice progress on bows fellas.

I wonder if the wife would mind me working on bows in bed the next couple of weeks.

I would think the least she could do is park a vise next to the bed and hand you a draw knife along with your medically required beer.  You know, to keep you from going stir-crazy this weekend during half time of the playoff games that you're watching on the tv she's propped up at the end of your bed.  At least that's what I'd ask my wife to do....
