What is the best method to attach silk to the back of a oak board bow ? I have some tightbond 2; is this good? Or is there something better?

That,should do fine. The only difference in the 2 or 3 is the 3 is more waterproof.
But if your sealing with another finish it doesn't matter.
I'd size the bow with the glue first.
