Kevin, you're making those for Jarvis?  Those are pretty.  I like the obsidian, but whatever those lighter ones in the middle are sure are pretty.  I'd hate to shoot something with them and get them all messy or broken!

I got one limb glued up earlier today, and the other one is about an hour away from being out of the hot box.  May get a chance to clean them up tomorrow before the honey-do's.

i know there is a dead line but no "-not - to - send - bow - before - date-".... is it true?

if it is, i can ship it right now... or do i need to wait for "some shipping started" day...

best.

inksoup as i understand it, you ship as soon as your done UNLESS your recipient has a June ship date (meaning they are a first timer or shipped late last year)  and then just wait until they ship before you ship.  I have a June ship date, but i'm ready to ship, so you can go ahead and send it to me if im the lucky guy.

I live pretty far west of most of you...and north for that matter...
But odds are someone else will be a happy camper by the end of the day...

Got the limbs unwrapped today and I'm very pleased.  Other than a few minor streaks in the glass, which was to be expected on the dark walnut, they look really nice!  And really, the streaks aren't that bad unless you catch them in the light just right.

And here's how the hickory turned out.  I really like the grain on this stuff.

Now to work for the next couple nights and back to the fun stuff.
