I've been slowly reducing my osage stave to floor tiller stage. I'll have to remove some twist and add a bit or reflex. The handle area is slightly reflexed.

I'm hoping that the osage slats that Roy sent me will arrive today and I can get to gluing them on and finish the tiller of my bow.

Question on tempering, does osage take belly tempering and can I do it before I glue it on. he backing is glued with tb111 and I don't want to stress that joint. I will pre heat bend the osage to get it to go up the fades easily and thought tempering it might add a little more performance.

Yep, wenge. Painted on a few coats of gloss to fill the grain before spraying with satin ...
